Is this a real Visa or Mastercard?+
Yes. You can choose a Visa or a Mastercard when you sign up — both carry a real 16-digit card number, expiry date, and CVV. They are accepted on any website or platform that accepts Visa or Mastercard — Amazon, Netflix, Google, Apple, and millions more worldwide.
How do I load money onto my card?+
You can fund your card using Orange Money, MTN MoMo, or a direct bank transfer in Liberia. The load fee (2.5% for Starter and Business, 2.0% for Premium) applies to each top-up. Your card balance is available immediately after the load is confirmed.
Is there a monthly fee?+
No. All three plans — Starter, Business, and Premium — have zero monthly maintenance fees. The only ongoing cost is the load fee charged when you add funds to your card.
What is the difference between the three plans?+
All plans let you choose between a Visa or a Mastercard virtual card. The differences are in the plan tier: Starter ($2.50) is the lowest entry cost for lighter users loading $20–$100/month. Business ($3.50) adds priority support, multi-card bundles at $2.50/card, and is ideal for professionals receiving Payoneer or running ads. Premium ($5.00) drops the load fee to 2.0% — saving $0.50 per $100 loaded — making it the best value for NGOs, expats, or anyone loading $200+ per month.
Does Binoova hold my money?+
No. Binoova is a non-custodial platform. Your funds flow directly through licensed payment processors — Binoova never holds your money. This keeps your balance safe and completely separate from Binoova's operations at all times.
Can a business get cards for multiple staff?+
Yes. Business plan customers can order 5 or more cards at a discounted rate of $2.50 per card — ideal for companies managing staff expenses, advertising accounts, or contractor payments. Contact our team to arrange a bundle order.
What happens if I dispute a transaction?+
Raise a dispute through the Binoova app within 72 hours of a transaction. If the dispute is upheld in your favour, you pay nothing. If the claim is not upheld after review, a $15 dispute handling fee applies. We recommend contacting the merchant first — most issues are resolved faster that way.
I'm also a Susu collector or merchant — do I need a separate account?+
No. All Binoova products — Susu/Kuu SaaS, Merchant Pay Small Small, and the virtual dollar card — run under the same Binoova account. You can use all three from a single dashboard. Just enable the products you need.
